Wine festival
If you like to known anything about other countries cultures, you should try to visit Georgia at may. In that month, capital of the country, in Tbilisi, here is wine festival. This is an annual festival, which was first held 10 years ago (in 2008). Georgia is the oldest wine producing region in the world. First of all, this is a dream-day for Wine Lovers.
There are more
than 45 different species of wine, you can taste all of them in one day, for
free! You can just walk between the tables, which belongs to different wine
companies or the family-wine owners and taste any kind of wine you would like
to. Apart from wine tasting, visitors can enjoy and observe Georgian national
dances, as well as folk music. Here you can buy extraordinary items, which
describe Georgia, its wine culture and history…
Attending is free for everyone. The festival will start as usual with big wine-jar’s opening. After the opening, the visitors will be able to taste not only the wine, but also unique, different kinds of Georgian Cheese, best Churchkhela and dried fruit, varied traditional music and everything. At the end of the competition there will be established the list of “10 wine you should drink while you are alive!”. There is also a group of sommeliers, who are like “mystic consumers,” and at the end of the day their identity will be known to everyone.
Everyone
knows that Georgia is a wine-country, but still, this festival is new for us,
even Georgian’s and brings happiness in everyday life, for me, this is one of
the loveliest day in summer, and am looking forward to this day like an
obsessed one. So, last several years month of May in Tbilisi feels great not
just because of blooming nature and splendid weather, but also because the New
Wine Festival is held in the city.

Festival “Luminescence’’ in Georgia
I’m sure everybody has heard what
festival means and stands for, and what if we included almost every festivals around the world into one Enormous
Festival and called it ‘’Luminescence’’, This isn’t just made up word it
suggests a bright and radiant spectacles, which could be fitting for a
large-scale festival with vibrant displays, fireworks, and light installations.
It’s also a unique name that’s not commonly used for festivals, which could
help it stand out from major festivals from around the world and make an
impact.
As a Georgian myself it would be better if this festival took place in
Georgia. Not only because it will make a country popular and increase its
tourism and it’s a really good place for festivals: There’s always a sunny and
a pleasant days in Georgia which will make a festival go smoothly without
people dancing in mud or begin soaking wet from rain. Of course this festival
will be in Tbilisi cause it’s a capital city of Georgia, it would have its on
date when would the festival starts from June 1st to July 1st I chose Summer month
because this is a period where the weather is sunny and stable. As we already
mention people will have every type of activity for themselves to spend their
time on. Festival will be open from 8A.M to 12P.M
I think this will be a great idea. Hosting a ginormous festival it won’t
only make people laugh or party it will make a country grow by millions of
tourists visiting it each year. It will make a country known, Brazil’s known
for their festivals one of the biggest of them is Rio De Janeiro.
